Return Requirements

Your product must be returned in sellable condition with the original packaging including all of the following:

  • Universal Product Code (UPC)
  • All original manuals
  • All original parts & accessories
  • Copy of the packing slip

Office supplies purchased on JanTraq.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Perishables
Anytime Return

Unopened, unexpired, and undamaged perishables that JanTraq currently sells may be returned at any time.

Special Order Products
30-Day (Damaged/Defective Only)

Special order products are generally not returnable, except damaged or defective items may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Fully Regulated Hazardous Products
Original Packaging Required

Must be returned complete and in original packaging. The Hassle‑Free returns form cannot be used for these items.
